By creating an account or using Dunfers ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Dunfers is operated by Dunfers ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of service
Dunfers is a business management platform designed for content creators. The Service includes tools for income tracking, expense management, brand deal pipelines, tax estimation, document storage, and related financial organization features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Dunfers, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dunfers.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without our consent
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all data and files you upload to Dunfers. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your content for advertising purposes.
7. Financial information disclaimer
Dunfers is a financial organization tool, not a licensed accounting, tax, or financial advisory service. Any tax estimates, reports, or summaries generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional before making any financial or tax decisions.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
